It is a Mass General-affiliated hospital. For year-round residents with school-age children there is a Charter School in West Tisbury and a robust public school system: Public Schools: Edgartown School: K-8Tisbury School: K-8; West Tisbury School: K-8; Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School, Oak Bluffs School: K-8; Chilmark School: K-5; Aquinnah is part of the system with public school transportation.
