Meet Kathleen
Kathleen Kendrick is the Owner and Head Broker of Kendrick Real Estate, bringing more than a decade of real estate experience across Martha’s Vineyard and the Greater Boston area. Since entering the industry in 2011 and founding Kendrick Real Estate in 2016, she has been committed to providing thoughtful, highly personalized service to clients at every stage of buying and selling. Known for her care, discretion, and attentive guidance, Kathleen approaches each transaction with a relationship-driven philosophy grounded in trust and long-term client success.
Kathleen represents a wide range of property types, including luxury estates, land offerings, family and country homes, metropolitan pied-à-terres, generational properties, and first-time homebuyers entering the market. Her decades-long presence in both Martha’s Vineyard and Boston provides clients with a deep understanding of these distinct markets and the communities that define them.
Her connection to Martha’s Vineyard began in the 1970s through her husband’s family, who have summered on the island since the nineteenth century. What began as a family tradition quickly became a lasting personal and professional connection, and she has since been both a resident of the island and of several Boston-area communities.
Prior to real estate, Kathleen built successful careers in interior design, sales, marketing, and education experiences that continue to inform her intuitive understanding of homes, presentation, and client relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Louis University and a Master of Education from Boston College. Kathleen is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and an active member of MLS PIN, LINK Martha’s Vineyard MLS, and the Greater Boston Board of REALTORS®.
